Global Warming brings together knitters and their extra yarn with people who need blankets.
Our philosophy is that beauty shouldn't be wasted and people shouldn't be cold!
It works this way: Knitters can take out their extra, lovingly stored away balls of yarn and knit squares and rectangles of any size. Then just send your squares to us, and we will sew them together with other knitter's donations and create beautiful, warm patchwork blankets for people in need.
In return, you will receive a photograph of "your" blanket and a note about where it's going.
